A distinguished law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney through a legal recruiting partner. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative legal team advocating for individuals affected by personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven courtroom experience and a client-focused approach to legal practice.

Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake consultations to evaluate potential claims

  • Manage case investigations, including evidence collection, medical record analysis, and witness interviews

  • Develop customized litigation strategies aligned with client objectives

  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents

  • Engage in negotiations with opposing parties, including insurers and defense attorneys

  • Participate in alternative dispute resolution settings such as mediation and arbitration

  • Represent clients in hearings and trials, presenting persuasive legal arguments

  • Maintain active communication with clients regarding case developments and options

  • Collaborate with internal legal staff to facilitate efficient case resolution

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the Georgia State Bar

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in personal injury litigation

  • Demonstrated success managing complex personal injury matters from intake to resolution

  • Proficiency in legal writing, case law research, and oral advocacy

  • Strong negotiation and client interaction skills

  • Ability to manage multiple case files in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

Skills:
