Job Overview
A well-established law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Attorney for its Alpharetta, Georgia office. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of residential real estate experience and will be responsible for conducting closings, reviewing title documents, and maintaining professional communication with clients, lenders, and other parties. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented legal professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple real estate transactions daily.

Duties

  • Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders

  • Review closing documents for legal sufficiency and accuracy

  • Perform title reviews and address title curative issues as necessary

  • Maintain direct communication with clients, brokers, title companies, and lenders

  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with Georgia real estate laws

  • Interact with clients in high-volume, high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience practicing residential real estate law

  • Experience conducting closings and reviewing title documents

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently

  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Capable of working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active member of the Georgia State Bar

  • Current Georgia Notary Public commission or ability to obtain before start date
