A law firm in South Jordan, UT, is seeking an Attorney with the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

• Manage and handle a caseload independently within the realm of family law.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Active Bar License in the state of Utah.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar License in Utah.
