Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings, including appearances before administrative law judges

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Evaluate case facts and develop litigation strategies tailored to catastrophic injury claims

• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and case evaluations

• Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to support case development

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring clarity on legal procedures and case updates

• Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation and legal briefing

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar of California

• Demonstrated interest in injury law or related litigation fields

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong analytical and legal writing abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California (in good standing)
