Duties

  • Collaborate effectively in team settings and manage transaction components independently.
  • Engage in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, and growth equity transactions.
  • Handle venture capital transactions and exits, and equity compensation matters.
  • Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships efficiently.

Requirements

  • Over three years of relevant experience in asset management M&A.
  • Proactive approach with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in New York.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in New York or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
