Location

Duties

• Manage insurance defense cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, construction defects, product liability, and property damage

• Conduct discovery, depositions, and examinations under oath

• Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses in trial preparation

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and client reports

• Provide liability, damage, and case valuation assessments

• Appear in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations

• Meet reporting deadlines and maintain billable hours

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, including at least 5 completed civil trials

• Proven track record in handling insurance defense matters

• Availability for travel related to trials, hearings, and depositions

• Strong time management and organizational skills, especially under trial schedules

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
