Duties

• Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation, including:
  • Auto, general liability, construction, product liability, and property damage cases.
  • Discovery, court appearances, and depositions or examinations under oath.
  • Trial preparation, including expert testimony coordination and witness preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery materials.
• Provide legal opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and witnesses to build strong case strategies.
• Maintain detailed client reports and adhere to case deadlines.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
• At least 7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on trial work.
• Proven track record of completing a minimum of five civil trials.
• Familiarity with insurance defense, general liability, and construction litigation.
• Proficient in managing caseloads while meeting trial schedules and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for trials, depositions, and hearings as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar.
