Mid-level Associate Attorney

A law firm in New York City is currently seeking a Mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice group. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting and negotiating skills, excellent teamwork capabilities, and the ability to independently manage components of deals. This role involves representing clients in a national project development practice, contributing immediately to sophisticated matters.

Duties:

• Join the Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice group.
• Utilize strong drafting and negotiating skills in dealing with various legal matters.
• Independently manage components of deals within the assigned practice area.
• Represent clients in a national project development practice, focusing on sophisticated matters.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing in the State.
• 4-6 years of project development experience with a focus on renewable energy projects and M&A transactions.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Exceptional teamwork skills.
• Ability to independently manage components of legal deals.
