Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with 3 to 6 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience. 

Duties

• Engage in M&A and private equity transactions.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in an Am Law firm.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Am Law 100 law firm experience preferred.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
