  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance or related practice areas.
  • Prior experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in finance transactions.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Previous employment in an Am Law 100 law firm.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (2019, 2020, or 2021 classes).
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
