Duties:

• Provide legal services in corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate governance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, including partnership agreements, operating agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide practical legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to provide high-quality service to clients.
• Manage multiple client matters and work independently while maintaining strong communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or business transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
