A well-established law firm located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in Family Law. The firm is known for its supportive and client-focused approach, offering a hybrid work environment that includes both in-office. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and negotiation skills, a client-centered mindset, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including hearings, trials, and mediation
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and various agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide informed recommendations
• Manage a caseload independently, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and advice with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to ensure optimal case management
• Maintain the highest standards of legal ethics and client confidentiality

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Family Law
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities with precision
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment 
• A passion for providing exceptional client service and legal representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
