Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid to senior level Trial Attorney with over five years of experience to join its Litigation team in Southern California. The attorney will focus on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Duties

• Conduct trial and arbitration proceedings, including opening statements and closing arguments.
• Engage in witness examination, motion practice, and depositions.
• Participate in mediation and negotiation processes.

Requirements

• Extensive trial and arbitration experience.

• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
