Location:

Duties:

• Manage general liability files and oversee client and carrier relationships.
• Lead and support the general liability litigation team, providing strategic direction.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of legal services.
• Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
• Assist in the firm's overall growth, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure that billable hours and other performance metrics are met.

Requirements:

• Partner-level experience in general liability, including the ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Proven track record of job stability with excellent professional references.
• Ability to run cases from start to finish, including managing clients and maintaining strong relationships with carriers.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
