Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Equipment Finance Attorney for its office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves representing financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors, and lessees in various equipment finance transactions, with a focus on transportation equipment such as aircraft and rail.

Duties

• Represent clients in direct loans, leases, securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic legal advice.
• Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• Significant transactional experience, particularly in equipment finance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• North Carolina Bar admission preferred.
