Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 7+ years of experience in personal injury law litigation.
• 5+ years of substantial trial experience.
• Expertise in courtroom proceedings and trial advocacy.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Commitment to legal ethics and client service.

Education
