Healthcare Law Attorney

Grand Rapids office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare law attorney preferably with 5+ years of relevant experience. The candidate must have proficiency in: provider contracting (physicians, hospitals, hospices, home care, pharmacy, DME); regulatory compliance (HIPAA, anti-kickback statute, Stark, corporate practice of medicine); business transactions, including Medicare changes of information and Medicare changes of ownership; and healthcare licensing actions. Must be licensed to practice in Michigan.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work individually and in teams.
