Premises Liability Associate Attorney

Palm Harbor office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises liability associate attorney with 1-3 years of Litigation experience. The candidate will provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys. Maintain client relationships. Prepare legal reports and documents. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, and drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers. Must be licensed and in good standing with Bar Association.

The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a strong interest in Personal Injury Law. Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
