A law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Job Overview:

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution.
• Draft pleadings and motions, including summary judgment motions.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Prepare for, take, or defend depositions.
• Court appearances as needed.
• Conduct legal research.
• Manage relations with clients.
• Prepare for trial.

Duties:

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar of CA.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Tech savvy.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of CA.
