A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 2-4 years of experience for their Philadelphia office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to engage in complex employment litigation and counseling, working closely with shareholders and interacting with a diverse client base.

Duties

• Assist in complex employment litigation and counseling.
• Interact regularly with clients from various industries.
• Draft personnel policies and employment agreements.
• Advise employers on compliance issues related to employment law.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employment-specific, defense-side roles.
• Experience with complex litigation involving employment claims.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and initiative to take ownership of work.
• Good standing with the PA State Bar; NJ admission preferred.

Education

• Solid academic performance in law school.
