Job Overview: A law firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters, with a California license and strong academic credentials.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in professional liability cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and depositions.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• California Bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters.
• Strong academic background from a reputable law school.
• Proven track record of success in legal practice.

Education:
