Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated Junior Litigation Associate to join its team in Garden City, NY. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 4 years of legal experience and a strong commitment to client service. Duties

• Represent clients in various litigation proceedings, ensuring thorough preparation and advocacy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in arbitrations as needed.
• Develop case strategies and manage ongoing litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to deliver effective legal solutions.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in New York state courts and federal courts.
• 2 to 4 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in various forms of litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
