Estate and Trust Associate/Attorney

Vienna office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate and trust associate/attorney with 7 years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration. The candidate should have the ability to draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, including those which incorporate estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts. Must have experience administering probate estates, including the preparation and submission of required filings with the Commissioner of Accounts. Must be Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 8-12 years of experience is preferred. Should have demonstrated client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
