A law firm in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking an Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Ohio with some litigation experience, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and preferably hold a Michigan license.

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle legal matters independently
• Perform legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage caseload efficiently and effectively
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and case law

Requirements:

• Ohio licensed attorney
• Some litigation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Michigan license preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar
• Michigan State Bar license (preferred)
