Duties

• Collaborate with experienced litigators on case strategy and development.
• Engage with and develop firm clients.
• Participate in the expansion of the Long-Term Care and Medical Malpractice group.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in insurance defense.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Active member in good standing of the New York State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent in Law.

Certifications

• Active New York State Bar membership.
