Mass & Toxic Torts Associate

A law firm seeks a litigation associate for its Buffalo, NY, office. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of courtroom experience and contribute to the defense of products liability and personal injury matters in New York State and federal courts.

Duties

• Defend product liability and personal injury claims through all stages of litigation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with precision and efficiency.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate case strategies and trial preparations.

• Engage directly with clients to assess needs and communicate case developments.

Requirements

• Admission to practice in New York State.

• Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
