Duties

• Lead or contribute to mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Manage capital markets transactions effectively.
• Advise on corporate governance and venture capital investment matters.
• Assist with private offerings of equity and debt securities.
• Provide guidance on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings and proxy statements.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska attorney license.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
