Business Immigration Attorney

A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking an experienced attorney with 4-5 years of practice to join their team. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial and interested in contributing to the growth of a small firm, with a potential for future ownership.

Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to waive in).
• 4-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a similar legal setting.
