A law firm in Houston is seeking a Mid-level Environmental Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent client relations, and the ability to manage complex litigation cases in both state and federal court.

 

Duties:

  • Handle environmental litigation matters in state and federal court.
  • Lead all aspects of discovery, including drafting motions and arguing in court.
  • Take and defend depositions of witnesses.
  • Conduct fact and expert discovery to gather evidence for cases.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
