Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented Real Estate Associate to join their team in Manchester, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong interest in real estate law. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote work options.

Duties

• Represent owners and developers in real estate transactions.
• Manage acquisition, ownership, financing, development, leasing, and sale of real estate.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and meet billable hour requirements.
• Engage in business development and client networking activities.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in a private law firm setting.
• New Hampshire real estate experience required; Massachusetts experience is a plus.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
