While the majority of responsibilities are transactional, occasional courtroom involvement may be required, making prior litigation exposure beneficial.

Duties:

  • Perform detailed legal research using platforms such as Westlaw to support client matters and legal strategies

  • Draft a variety of legal instruments, including contracts, real estate documents, and business agreements
