Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in employment counseling, with a preference for international experience. This role involves supporting cross-border and global employment work, advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, and drafting employment agreements.

Duties

• Conduct employment diligence and advise on corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements.
• Advise on reductions in force and employee terminations.
• Draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility.
• Provide comprehensive employment law advice to diverse clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of employment counseling experience, domestic and/or international.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• JD from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues logically.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
