Duties

  • Engage in trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of litigation practice experience.
  • Active California Bar license.
  • Experience with CCPA/GDPR and related privacy laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California Bar license.

Skills

  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and litigation.
  • Extensive trial and courtroom experience.
  • Strong research and writing abilities.
