A law firm in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Senior Health Care Attorney (Transactional) to join their growing M&A and Private Equity practice group. The ideal candidate should possess significant transactional health care experience in aggregation models across various industry sectors. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, along with a commitment to teamwork and client service.

 

Job Details:

  • Utilize transactional health care experience in aggregation models across industry sectors such as dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc.
  • Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop state-compliant models and conduct regulatory diligence and oversight.
  • Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
  • Provide exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting health care transactions.
  • Experience in building state-compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
