Job Overview:
A law firm based in Boulder, CO, is seeking an accomplished attorney with deep experience in managing and litigating large-scale class action cases. This role, offered through a legal recruiting partner, calls for a seasoned litigator with a strong command of legal strategy, exceptional advocacy skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead complex legal actions on behalf of multiple plaintiffs. Duties:

  • Lead and manage class action cases from inception through resolution

  • Oversee investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

  • Collaborate with co-counsel, expert witnesses, and support staff in multidistrict litigation

  • Develop legal theories and case strategies to address complex, large-scale legal injuries

  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations

  • Draft high-quality pleadings, memoranda, and briefs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of direct experience in class action litigation

  • Proven record of acting as lead attorney in complex civil litigation

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently

  • Admitted and in good standing with the Colorado Bar

Education:
