A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury and wrongful death cases. This role offers a hybrid work setting, allowing for part-time remote work.

Duties

• Inform and educate clients on case phases with exceptional customer service.
• Organize and manage files using case management software.
• Evaluate potential cases and meet with injured parties to discuss claims.
• Guide case managers on medical records, insurance correspondence, and client contact.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding liability and settlements.
• Review and analyze medical records to determine case direction and value.
• Meet with medical professionals to understand client injuries and future needs.
• Draft and file legal pleadings, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and finalize discovery responses and resolve disputes with opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Appear in court for case management conferences and motion practice.
• Prepare for and take depositions of parties and medical professionals.
• Prepare for and attend mediations and jury trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
