Litigation Associate

Duties:

• Litigation Support: Take and defend depositions, draft motions, and prepare for trials, ensuring all aspects of case preparation are handled efficiently.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings, motions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Mentorship and Professional Development: Work closely with senior attorneys to receive ongoing training and guidance, while also mentoring junior associates as needed.

Requirements:

• Litigation experience in a law firm setting, with a strong understanding of courtroom procedures.
• A demonstrated interest in taking on substantive responsibilities, including client interaction and legal strategy formulation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively argue motions and present legal arguments.
• Proficiency in handling depositions and pre-trial activities, as well as a keen interest in courtroom advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
