Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Corporate/PE/M&A Associate or Junior Partner to join their sports, media, and entertainment industry group in New York. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile deals with prominent industry names. Candidates should have significant experience leading deal teams and managing complex transactions.

Duties

• Lead and manage leanly staffed PE/M&A deal teams.
• Supervise junior and midlevel associates.
• Handle complex transactions for private equity firms or high net worth individuals.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7 years of substantial experience in PE/M&A transactions.
• Proven track record in managing complex deals.
• Experience with sports, media, and entertainment clients preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in NY or eligible to waive into the NY bar.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
