A law firm in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality legal services to clients. They will manage personal injury caseloads, interact with insurance companies, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the legal team to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and tech-savvy.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal relations.

 

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in Oklahoma.
  • 1+ years of civil practice experience.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar license in Oklahoma.

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations.
