A law firm in Wichita is seeking a dynamic Litigation Family Law Attorney to proactively manage cases, deliver superior customer service, and contribute to practice improvement. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctorate, have 1st chair family law experience, pass the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and be licensed to practice law in Kansas.

Job Details:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring effective legal representation and client satisfaction.
• Provide superior customer service by delivering monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews with clients.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers, actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of firm practices.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, track accomplishments, and measure client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software.

Experience:

2-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
