A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Philadelphia, PA office. The candidate will assist in the defense of medical malpractice claims, working primarily under two shareholders within a team of nine lawyers. Duties

• Assist in defending medical malpractice claims.
• Collaborate with a team on traditional and catastrophic casualty cases.
• Engage in long-term care case management.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Interest in medical malpractice defense.
• Steady and consistent work history preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
