Duties:

• Defend clients in securities enforcement investigations and related litigations.

• Handle SEC and FINRA examinations, enforcement actions, and investigations.

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the securities industry.

• Manage case preparation, including drafting motions, legal memoranda, and discovery responses.

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals in the firm’s securities enforcement defense team.

• Represent clients in hearings and proceedings before regulatory bodies.

• Stay updated on relevant regulations and trends within securities enforcement.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in securities enforcement defense.

• Strong knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations and procedures.

• Proven experience in securities litigation and defense.

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Membership in the New York State Bar and/or New Jersey State Bar is preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.

• Expertise in securities enforcement, including regulatory investigations.

• Advanced litigation skills, including trial preparation and court appearances.
