Duties

  • Provide daily counseling on employment issues such as performance management and terminations.
  • Draft, review, and update employment policies and handbooks.

  • Lead or support client trainings and educational sessions.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law counseling and compliance.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical legal advice.
  • Experience with equity and deferred compensation plans preferred.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and firm marketing efforts.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
