Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Naples, FL, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will work on matters involving business tort, contract litigation, and appellate brief research and drafting, representing financial institutions, developers, employers, corporations, and local government entities.

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters involving business tort, contract litigation, and appellate brief research and drafting.
• Review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.
• Draft complaints, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and attend hearings.
• Maintain membership in the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and a desire for professional development.
• Work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making.
• Manage relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
