This role will primarily involve advising clients through the intricacies of U.S. immigration law, with a focus on providing legal counsel and representation for individuals and families navigating the immigration process. The attorney will be responsible for preparing and filing immigration petitions, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws and policies. Duties:

• Advise clients on a variety of immigration matters, such as visa applications, green cards, citizenship, and family-based petitions.

• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with the relevant authorities.

• Represent clients in immigration court hearings and administrative proceedings.

• Conduct ongoing legal research to stay current on changes in immigration policies and regulations.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the immigration process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state or territory.

• Fluency in Spanish.

• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and related procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling family-based immigration cases.

• Familiarity with asylum and deportation defense.

• Expertise in specific areas of immigration law is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active legal license in good standing.
