Duties:

• Handle litigation matters related to probate, trusts, and commercial disputes

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

• Perform legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis

• Engage in estate and trust administration tasks when necessary

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and execution

• Maintain organized case files and timely communication with clients

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in probate, trust, and commercial litigation

• Demonstrated experience managing substantive hearings and trials

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in legal research tools and drafting complex legal documents

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a flexible hybrid work setting

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission required
