Duties

  • Provide legal oversight on catastrophic injury files to ensure optimal client care.
  • Act as a resource and leader to paralegals and case managers handling complex cases.
  • Handle escalated matters such as client complaints and case terminations.
  • Answer legal questions from team members and offer practical guidance.
  • Assist with team performance management to meet service and productivity metrics.
  • Communicate with clients with empathy and clarity, inspiring trust in the process.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar (South Carolina admission a plus).
  • 5+ years of personal injury experience, preferably in catastrophic/complex cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Experience in team management or supervisory roles preferred.

Education

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed with the North Carolina Bar.
