Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Junior Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. This remote position is ideal for attorneys admitted to the California State Bar who are eager to engage in litigation and gain trial experience.

Duties

  • Handle personal injury caseloads from filing through trial.
  • Draft complaints, discovery, and pre-trial documents.
  • Take and defend depositions with training and support.
  • Attend court appearances, both remote and in-person as needed.
  • Work as a Second Chair in trials alongside senior attorneys.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated litigation team focused on client results.

Requirements

  • License to practice law in California.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Genuine interest in trial work.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Interest or experience in personal injury law.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the California State Bar.

  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
