The successful candidate will support senior litigators on complex matters ranging from personal injury to construction defect and business litigation. Duties

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and administrative hearings

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on disputes and transactional matters

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomes

• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom appearances

• Collaborate with legal team members in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in civil litigation

• Prior exposure to personal injury, construction defect, or business litigation preferred

• Courtroom or deposition experience is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and legal accuracy

• Ability to handle a caseload and meet deadlines under minimal supervision

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications
