Job Overview:
A prominent law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a talented mid-level Corporate Attorney to join its business team. This role focuses on handling a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business entity formation, governance, contract negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions. Duties:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review corporate documents, including governance documents, operating agreements, and compliance materials

  • Structure and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, such as supply contracts and purchase agreements

  • Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, and other business combination transactions

  • Represent clients effectively in business transaction negotiations

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution

  • Maintain strong client relationships and proactively address client needs

  • Participate in strategic business development initiatives and client outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant corporate law experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactional matters independently

  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating a variety of business contracts and documents

  • Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality work

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona or eligibility for prompt admission
